摘要
采用垂直流-表流串联人工湿地系统处理生活污水。试验分A、B两个阶段,在阶段A装置内不添加活性污泥,也不种植植物;在阶段B于垂直流湿地中添加活性污泥,并在表流湿地中种植凤眼莲。结果表明,当污水中的COD、TN、TP、NH3~N浓度分别为(300~500)、(100~120)、(6~8)、(80—100)mg/L时,在阶段A对各污染物的去除率分别可达65%、25%、50%和35%,在阶段B相应的去除率分别可达80%、70%、55%和60%。研究显示,污染物的去除主要发生在垂直流湿地中,表流湿地可进一步降低污染物浓度。添加活性污泥能促进填料表面生物膜的生长,缩短人工湿地的启动时间,并提高对污染物的去除效果;种植的凤眼莲通过直接吸收和为微生物提供附着介质提高了对污染物的去除效果。
The vertical flow and surface flow constructed wetlands in series were used to treat domestic sewage. The experiments are composed of two phases. In phase A, activated sludge was not added and plants were not planted, and in phase B, activated sludge was added in the vertical flow part and water hyacinth was planted in the surface flow part. The results show that when the influent COD, TN, TP and NH3 - N are 300 to 500 mg/L, 100 to 120mg/L, 6 to 8 mg/L and 80 to 100 mg/L respectively, the removal rates of those pollutants in phase A are 65% , 25% , 50% and 35% , and those in phase B are 80% , 70% , 55% and 60% respectively. The removal of pollutants mainly happens in the vertical flow part, and the concentrations of pollutants are further reduced in the surface flow part. Adding activated sludge can promote the growth of biofilm on the media, shorten the start-up time of constructed wetland and improve the removal efficiency of pollutants. Planting water hyacinth can improve the removal effi, ciency of pollutants in two ways: absorbing and providing attached media for microorganisms.
