摘要
进入新世纪以来,中国对拉美的直接投资出现了快速增长的趋势,但总体规模仍相对较小,对中拉经贸关系的影响力远远不及中拉贸易。在行业分布上,主要集中在资源开采业;在国别分布上,主要集中在巴西、秘鲁、委内瑞拉等几个资源丰富的国家;在投资主体上,央企占据了绝对优势地位。拉美具有良好的投资环境,是中国"走出去"过程中的重要战略选择。如何扩大对拉美的投资规模、优化投资结构、充分利用好拉美的战略资源,是中国政府和企业面临的重大挑战。
Since the new century, there emerges a trend of rapid growth of China＇s investment in Latin America, but the overall size of China＇s investment in Latin America is still relatively small. The influence of China＇s investment in Latin America on the economic and trade relations between China and Latin America is far less than that of the trade between China and Latin America. In the aspect of industrial distribution, China＇s investment in Latin America focuses on the resource extraction industry; in the aspect of distribution of the host countries, China＇s investment in Latin America mainly focuses on Brazil, Peru, Venezuela, and several re- source-rich countries; in the aspect of the investors, the central enterprises take an absolute dominant position. Latin America has a good investment environment and will be an important strategic choice of China＇s ＂going out＂ process. Chinese government and enterprises face significant challenges how to expand the scale of China＇s investment in Latin America, optimize investment structure and make full use of strategic resources in Latin America.
