摘要
目的探讨坏疽梭状芽胞杆菌感染手术的围手术期管理方法,加强医院外科特异性感染手术管理,有效控制医院感染。方法通过对坏疽梭状芽胞杆菌感染手术术前积极诊断、排查,手术中采取严格的消毒隔离防护措施,手术后采取有效的终末消毒措施及感染检测等一系列围手术期管理措施,防止医院交叉感染。结果有效地避免了坏疽梭状芽胞杆菌感染在手术室及医院内传播,保证手术室安全运行。结论采取严格、规范、系统的围手术期特异性感染管理措施,对加强医院规范化管理,控制医院感染具有积极、重要的意义。
OBJECTIVE To explore the methods of surgical infection caused by Gangrene clostridia during perioperative period,to strengthen the management of surgical specificity infection and to control nosocomial infection effectively.METHODS The positive diagnosis,check before the surgical operation of gangrene clostridia infection were performed,the strict isolation and protection measures were adopted during intra-operation,and the effective disinfection measures and infection detection were taken after operation,all of the measures taken during the perioperative period were aimed to prevent cross infection.RESULTS The spread of the gangrene spore-forming anaerobe was avoided effectively in the operating room and in hospitals,and the safety of the operation in operating room was guaranteed.CONCLUSION The strict,standard and systematic management measures for specificity infection during perioperative period have positive significance to strengthen the standardized management and control nosocomial infection.
