摘要
目的:建立乌梅药材中多糖的含量测定方法。方法:采用苯酚-硫酸显色法测定乌梅药材中多糖的含量。结果:样品经苯酚-硫酸显色后于488 nm处测定吸收度,在此波长处溶液的吸收度与葡萄糖含量呈良好的线性关系;线性范围0.02~0.2 g·L-1(r=0.999 8),加样回收率100.38%,RSD 0.892%;乌梅中多糖含量2.51%。结论:苯酚-硫酸显色法操作简便,结果准确,为乌梅多糖的进一步研究奠定良好的基础。
Objective:To establish an analysis method for the determination of the content of polysaccharides from Prunus mume.Method:Using Phenol-sulfuric Method to determination of the content of polysaccharides for P.mume.Result:The absorbance was determined at 488 nm.The linear curves was fine between the concentration rang of 0.02-0.2 g·L^-1(r = 0.999 8),the average recovery was 100.38%,the RSD was 0.892%.The content of polysaccharide in P.mume was 2.51%.Conclusion:Phenol-sulfuric method is a simple operation process with accurate result,laying a foundation for further study on polysaccharides in P.mume.
