摘要
经济危机后产业结构调整对中职学校专业设置布局、规模、师资提出新的要求。中职专业与产业结构在适配性方面,存在专业布局结构相符,重点专业发展不突出;生源数量比例相适,规模化特色发展不明显;师资素质相对合理,层次分布与产业结构失衡等问题。通过举例分析,提出中职学校专业设置的优化对策:调整专业结构,做好精品专业;深化校企合作,关注学生通用技能培养;注重教师专业发展,加强"双师结构"教学团队建设。
The industrial structure adjustment after economic crisis has put forward new requirements for distribution,scale and teaching staff of specialty setup of secondary vocational schools.In the aspect of suitability between specialty structure and industrial structure of secondary vocational education,there exist the following problems： the specialty distribution structure is matching,but the key specialty development isn＇t prominent;the quantity of student source is matching,but the scale and characteristic development isn＇t obvious;the quality of teaching staff is reasonable,but the level distribution and industrial structure is unbalanced.And the countermeasures for optimizing specialty setup of secondary vocational schools are： adjust specialty structure and do well in excellent specialties;deepen school and enterprise cooperation and pay attention to the cultivation of generality skills;strengthen the professional development of teachers and the construction of ＂dual-qualification＂ teaching staff.
