应用自体骨板移植加钢板固定治疗非感染性胫骨骨不连骨缺损 被引量:5

摘要 目的应用自体骨板移植加钢板内固定治疗胫骨骨不连、骨缺损,观察其治疗效果。方法将髂骨内外板纵形劈开,修剪成长方形固定于胫骨断端内侧,钢板固定于外侧,碎骨粒充填缺损空隙。结果本组随访1~3年,骨折均愈合,愈合时间4~6个月。无一例发生钢板断裂。结论对胫骨骨不连、骨缺损应用自体骨板移植加钢板内固定,是一种有效的治疗方法。
