颈椎椎弓崩裂、颈椎棘突融合畸形1例 被引量:1

摘要 病例资料椎弓崩裂系椎弓上、下关节突之间的峡部不连或断裂[1-2]。临床上以腰椎椎弓崩裂常见,颈椎椎弓崩裂罕见。本文报道1例颈椎椎弓崩裂合并颈椎棘突融合畸形患者。患者男性,56岁,因发作性眩晕伴恶心呕吐半年,加重4小时来院就诊。患者半年前一次晨起时出现眩晕,视物旋转感,伴恶心、呕吐。经服用氟桂利嗪后逐渐好转,症状消失。后来上述症状反复发作多次。
