摘要
随着癌症发生率的逐年升高,而疼痛作为癌症患者的主要症状之一,癌性疼痛受到越来越多的关注。当前,疼痛已作为四大生命体征之后的第5大生命体征,日益受到护理人员的重视。文中就癌性疼痛的评估方法、内容、影响因素及镇痛护理作一综述。培养疼痛专科护士,选择正确的评估方法,实施有效的镇痛护理可提高癌症患者的生活质量。
As the incidence of cancer is increasing year by year,the pain is one of the main symptoms of cancer patients cancer which is under more and more attention.The pain which is the fifth vital sign has been emphasized by nursing staffs.This article summarized the assessment and nursing of cancer pain,which suggests that the life qualities of cancer patients can be improved through the cultivating of specialized nurses and effective assessment and nursing.
