关节镜治疗盘状半月板损伤的临床疗效观察 被引量：6

摘要 膝关节盘状半月板损伤为一常见膝关节疾患,大多发生在膝关节外侧,其原因并不十分清楚,但有着很高的发病率。目前,微创关节镜手术已成为治疗关节内骨折、韧带损伤及盘状半月板损伤的主要方法，根据术中镜视所见，决定具体治疗方式。自2006年6月～2009年6月，本院共行关节镜治疗外侧盘状半月板损伤20例，现报告如下。
