摘要
通过分析实时连续媒体的特点以及现存Internet采用的技术,说明利用RTP协议与自适应速率控制相结合的机制,可以较好地满足实时连续媒体的传输需求.提出了一种自适应视频速率控制策略,并且给出了将它运用到视频会议系统时的最佳参数组合。
It is shown that the combination of RTP and adaptive rate control scheme can meet the special requirements of real time continuous media after analyzing the characteristics of the continuous media and the technologies in current internet. An adaptive video rate control scheme and the best parameters applied to the system are given, and the architecture of system adopting the idea above is also presented.
