施工现场管理中的成本控制是施工企业管理的基础,关系到企业的经济效益。文章根据施工现场实际情况,阐述成本控制中存在的问题及应对措施,分析施工现场成本控制系统。
The cost control in construction site management is the basis for management of construction enterprises,and it is related to the economic benefits of enterprises.Based on the actual situation of the construction site,this article described the problems in cost control and response measures,and analyzed the cost control system at construction site.
