摘要
目的探讨Gu illain-Barre综合征(GBS)患者外周血B淋巴细胞辅助受体CD22、CD72表达及其与GBS病程和病情的关系。方法 36例GBS患者(GBS组)按病程及病情分为急性期亚组与恢复期亚组和轻症亚组与重症亚组,应用流式细胞术检测外周血B淋巴细胞CD22及CD72蛋白表达,比较CD22与CD72蛋白在不同亚组间的表达;并与正常对照组(20人)比较。结果 B细胞数量GBS组[(606±118)个]较正常对照组[(248±92)个]明显升高,CD72+CD19+阳性细胞率[(62.11±9.14)%]较正常对照组[(69.72±11.42)%]明显降低(均P<0.01);CD22+CD19+阳性细胞率两组间差异无统计学意义。GBS组中,急性期亚组[(682±91)个]B细胞数量较恢复期亚组[(550±111)个]明显升高,CD72+CD19+阳性细胞率急性期亚组[(57.79±7.69)%]较恢复期亚组[(68.14±7.58)%]明显降低(均P<0.01);CD22+CD19+阳性细胞率两亚组间差异无统计学意义;重症亚组[(685±116)个]较轻症亚组B细胞数量[(561±96)个]明显升高(P<0.01);CD72+CD19+及CD22+CD19+阳性细胞率两亚组间差异无统计学意义。结论 GBS患者B细胞数量显著升高,但其中CD22的表达无明显改变;而CD72的表达显著降低,尤其在急性期。
Objective To explore the expression of co-receptor CD22 and CD72 on peripheral B lymphocytes in patients with Guillian-Barre syndrome（GBS） and its corelation with GBS＇s cours and condition.Methods Thirty-six GBS patients（GBS group） were divided into acute subgroup and recovery subgroup,mild subgroup and severe subgroup according to course and pathogenetic condition.The expression of CD22 and CD72 were examined by flow cytometry,and the results were compared among subgroups,and compared with normal control group（20 cases）.Results The B lymphocyte numbers in GBS group（606±118） was significantly higher than normal control group（248±92）,and the positive cell ratio of CD72＋CD19＋ in GBS group [（62.11±9.14）%]was significantly decreased than normal control group [（69.72±11.42）%]（all P0.01）;the positive cell ratio of CD22＋CD19＋ was no significant differences in the two groups.In GBS group,B lymphocyte numbers in acute subgroup（682±91） was significantly higher than recovery subgroup（550±111）,and the positive cell ratio of CD72＋CD19＋ in acute subgroup [（57.79±7.69）%] was significantly decreased than recovery subgroup [（68.14±7.58）%]（all P0.01）.The positive cell ratio of CD22＋CD19＋ had no significant difference in the two subgroups.In GBS group,B lymphocyte numbers in severe subgroup（685±116） was significantly higher than mild subgroup（561±96）（P0.01）,and the positive cell ratios of CD72＋CD19＋ and CD22＋CD19＋ had no significant difference in the two subgroups.Conclusions The B lymphocyte numbers in GBS patients is significantly increased,and the expression of CD22 has no marked change;but the expression of CD72 is significantly decreased,especially in acute stage.
