目前,水利水电工程分包施工已是一种工程施工的方案,分包管理则是一个现代企业所必须具各的,其对分包的管理好坏,直接影响到企业的形象、利益。如何更好地做好分包工作的管理工作,最大限度地发挥分包施工的优势,最大能力地规避分包施工中的风险,是未来水利水电工程建设市场竟争的核心。
