摘要
目的:建立一种油脂和食品中用甲醇将BHA、BHT溶解出来,在拟定的测定参数下,直接进样分离,检测的方法。方法:采用C18(250×4.60mm)色谱柱,流动相为0.02mol/L乙酸铵-甲醇(95:5体积比),流速:1ml/min,紫外检测波长280nm;进样量20μl;外标法定量。结果:方法标准曲线线性良好,BHA回归方程为:Y=2.127X-3.24,回归系数r=0.9997;BHT回归方程为:Y=60.32X+0.70,回归系数r=0.9998。添加质量浓度为0.01%~1.0%时BHA的回收率为93.6%~103.9%,BHT的回收率为97.5%~108.5%。结论:该方法操作简单、准确、回收率高,精密度良好,重现性好,可用于食用油、饼干等食品中BHA、BHT的测定。
The paper aims to establish a method which uses methanol to dissolve BHA and BHT at oil and food,under the estimated parameters,directly seperated and tested.The concrete method is to adopt C18(250×4.60mm)column,mobile phase was 0.02mol / L ammonium acetate-methanol(95:5 volume ratio),flow rate: 1ml/min,detection wavelength 280nm;injection volume 20μl;external standard method quantitative.The conclusion are got that this method standard curve method results are good.BHA regression equation: Y=2.127X-3.24,regression coefficient r=0.9997;BHT regression equation: Y=60.32X +0.70,regression coefficient r = 0.9998.Add the mass concentration of 0.01% to 1.0% BHA of the recovery 93.6%~103.9%,BHT's recovery was 97.5%~108.5%.Conclusion The method is simple,accurate,high recovery,good precision,reproducibility,and can be used for edible oil,biscuits and other food in the BHA,BHT determination.
