摘要 油田注水系统注水水质分为普通含油污水和深度污水两种水质,它们都含有大量的钙、镁离子,矿化度高,经常造成泵结垢,不仅使得泵流道变小,摩阻增大,效率降低,还会降低注水泵的输出压力、流量,使能耗增高、设备寿命缩短,结垢非常严重的甚至无法维持正常生产。采用注水泵涂膜技术应用于泵效低的注水泵,单耗可下降0.3kW.h/m3,需5个月收回成本,节能功效显著。 The injection water of the waterflood system in oil field including ordinary oily wastewater and advanced wastewater,which has high degree of mineralization and contain large amounts of calcium and magnesium ions,often causing pump scaling,which not only make the pump flow decrescent,friction increases,low efficiency,but also can reduce the pump output pressure,flow rate,make the energy consumption rising and the equipment life shorten,the thicker scaling even unable to maintain normal production.If the waterflood pump film coating technology is used in a low-efficiency waterflood pump,the unit energy consumption could drop by 0.3kW.h/m3,and the investment could be recovered in 5 months,and it could creat an obvious effect in energy saving.
