摘要
利用电子显微镜技术 ,通过超薄切片获得一些胞间连丝和胞间通道的横切和纵切的结果 .表明胞间连丝是由质膜形成外壁 ,内质网压缩形成内壁 ,内外壁之间的空腔是物质运输的通道 .而压缩内质网 (原称链管 )消失后的胞间连丝 ,即胞间通道 ,结构简单 。
The longitudinal sections and transverse sections of plasmodesmata were examined with transmission clectron microscope to determine plasmodesmatal components and frequency at various developing cells.Substructure studies show that outer wall of plasmodesmata is composed of plasma membrane ,and a appressed endoplasmic reticulum (AER) was seen to traverse the plasmodesmata to form the inner wall of plasmodesmata.The space between the plasma membrane and the AER appears to be the major pathway for intercellular transport through plasmodesmata. As AER,a desmotubule of plasmodesma was called at primary,was disintegrated,the plasmodesmata was transformed into intercellular channal which its substructure was single but the permeability was enhanced.
