摘要
自行设计一种以 (Mn1/ 3 Sb2 / 3 ) 4+ B位取代Ti4 + 为特征的新型改性PT压电陶瓷材料 ,典型配方主要性能参数为 :TC=2 52℃、εT3 3 /ε0 =1 60、tgδ =1 % ;d3 3 =70× 1 0 -12 C/N、kt=0 .60、kp≈ 0、kt/kp→∞ ;Qm=4 3、Nt=2 0 0 4Hz·m .该材料具有良好的烧结特性及高厚度机电耦合系数、大压电各向异性、低机械品质因素、小介电常数等优异特性 ,在超声换能器尤其是NDT探头、水听器及宽带高频滤波器的研制上显示出好的应用前景 .
A new modified PbTiO 3 piezoelectric ceramics in which the Ti 4+ is substituted by (Mn 1/3 Sb 2/3 ) 4+ has been designed,based on wide references.The main peformances of the typical composition are as follows: T C= 252 ℃ ,ε T 33 / ε 0 =160,tg δ =1 %; d 33 =70×10 -12 C/N, k t=0.60, k p≈0, k t/ k p→∞; Q m=43, N t=2 004 Hz·m. This materials,possessing good sintering property,high electromechanical coupling factor,large piezoelectric anisotropy,as well as low mechanical quality factors,and small dielectric constants,have great practical prospects in the development of ultrasonic transducers such as NDT probes,hydrophone,high frequency filter with wide band ect.
