摘要
根据混流泵叶轮的几何特征,给出了混流泵叶轮出口边的切割形式及其所对应的性能状况,并根据混流泵叶轮的切割规律,在 Auto C A D R13.0 环境下,用 A R X语言和 D C L语言编写了一套混流泵叶轮相似切割选型系统。经使用与真机试验对照,证实所拟定的切割方式和性能预估策略是可靠的,选型系统的运行也是科学有效的。
Based on the shape of the impeller of mixed p um p,cut\|off form and performance curve are given about outlet of impeller for mix ed pump.According to cut\|off rule of mixed\|pump and under AutoCADR13.0,a compu ter procedure is designed about impeller cut\|off with ARX and DCL languages.Com parison with the results of the prototype experiments,it is showed that the form of impeller cut\|off and the method of performance forestimated are reliable,an d the functions of the computer proceduer are scientific and efficient.
