通常马铃薯块茎薯片在熟休眠状况不感染晚疫病亲合性生理小种，或轻微感染．这与熟休眠块茎中咖啡酸。
Phytophthora infestans \%affinity physiology race don′t infect potato taber thin piece in deep dormancy condition or infect slightly.It is important with the content of coffeine,phytoalexin in deep dormancy tuber.
