摘要
论述对三级负荷管理认识的偏差,对当前常用的车站三级负荷管理模式的利弊进行分析,认为三级负荷管理模式不是简单的总开关可有可无的问题,涉及供电系统选配容量、管理运营需求等因素,应结合具体情况灵活处理。
The article elaborates the misunderstandings of three-level load management and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of current modes of three-level load management for metro stations.The three-level load management mode itself cannot determine whether a main switch should or should not be installed.This issue is concerned with many factors such as installation capacity of power supply system as well as operation and management requirements,and should be addressed flexibly according to concrete situation.
