摘要
分析世界城市地下空间开发的历程和发展趋势,针对广州市轨道交通地下空间开发利用的情况,总结经验、教训及思路、方法,提出地下空间开发的建议:第一要符合城市总体规划要求,第二要纳入到线网建设规划中去,第三要重视交通客流与商业客流的有效组织,第四要满足安全、节能要求。
Authors analysed the history and development trend of underground space development of many cities around the world,in view of the underground space development and utilization of Guangzhou rail transit,by summarizing the experience,lessons learned,and guiding thoughts and measures. The following suggestions for underground space development are put forward.Firstly,it should meet the demands of the general city planning;secondly,it should be merged into line network planning;thirdly,it should pay attention to the effective organization of traffic passenger flow and business passenger flow;fourthly,it should satisfy the requirements of security and energy-saving.
