摘要
分析了列车继电器接口模块(TRIM)无触点改造的必要性。提出并实现了以异步串行通信总线和智能插件为基础的TRIM无触点化改造方案。在此基础上,通过增加冗余热备份插件组的方法,使改造后系统具备自动故障诊断和解除能力。目前,该设备已成功装车运行。
Analyzed the necessity of the contactless reconstruction of the train relay interface module(TRIM).Proposed and implemented the scheme of TRIM contactless reconstruction which is based on asynchronous serial communication bus and intelligent plug-in board.Made the system with the capcity of automatic fault diagnosis and discharge by adding redundant hot-standby plug-in board group.At present,the equipment has been installed on the locomotive.
