摘要
本文应用模块化设计理论,研制出了成形铣刀计算机辅助设计系统,对于设计不同类型的成形铣刀,只要输入待加工工件的廓形参数,计算机就可以快速准确地完成参数计算,结构设计,并绘出实际尺寸的成形铣刀工作图纸。该软件包的铣刀齿形设计模块适用于加工螺旋面用盘状成形铣刀和指状铣刀。并可用于设计带正前角的铣力齿形。该软件由BASLCA语言编制,在autoCAD支持下运行,并在IBMPC/XT机上通过。
Modular designing theory is used in this articl. A computer-aided design system of formed milling cutter is researched. To design different type of formed milling cutter, You can only input the parameters of workpiece contour, and the computer will complete parameter calculation, structure design and output the blueprint of formed milling cutter, quickly and accuratly. The millig cutter tooth form unit of the software system is applicable to designing plate milling cutter, finger type milling cutter formed milling cutter with anter iocor ner, The software is progromed with BASIC language. The sofswanre can run in a IBM PC/XT computer.
