摘要
本文简单介绍了可编程序控制器(PC)的基本原理,并与继电接触器控制系统作了比较。在诸多使用性能及工业控制方面有其独到之处,故深得各工业国工业界重视。并结合迪沙造型机的实际控制介绍了其梯形图的编制方法,简单、可靠,也是其得以迅速发展的主要原因之一。
The fundamental principle of origrannable controllersis introduced in this paper the comparison of programmable controller and relay-contoetor control system is given also. Die to the obvious abvantages f PC control system in felformances and industrial applications it is interesting for different coutries. In this paper, the writer also designed a control system of Disamatic Moulding Machine and illustrated the mothod of lprogr-amming the ladder Diagram simplicity and reliability are some of the main reasons of fast developing of this system.
