摘要
利用Tc-502型催化剂的双功能,在甲醇中加一定量水调变气氛组成,实现了65Mn弹簧钢片在500℃的回火保护。工件表面不积炭,不氧化。
Appropriate quantity of water is added to methanol composition of the dessociated gas is regulated with the dual-purpose catalyst Tc-502, tempering protpction of 65Mn spring steel piece is completed at 500℃.There is neither sooting nor oxidixation on the surface of workpieces.
