Chiari畸形开颅术后呼吸衰竭的临床观察与护理

摘要 [目的]Chiari畸形开颅术后并发呼吸衰竭的观察与护理方法.[方法]回顾分析本院6例Chiari畸形开颅术后呼吸衰竭患者的临床特征和护理要点.[结果]6例患者均实施呼吸机辅助呼吸.其中,发生呼吸机相关肺炎,褥疮1例.6例患者均顺利恢复.[结论]明确Chiari畸形开颅术后并发呼吸衰竭的机制,早期发现呼吸功能异常并及时实施抢救、采用呼吸机辅助呼吸,对Chiari畸形开颅术后并发呼吸衰竭的治疗和恢复有重要意义.
