K-ras及hMSH2蛋白在45岁以下妇女子宫内膜癌中的表达

摘要 [目的]探讨K-ras及hMSH2蛋白在年轻妇女子宫内膜癌(EC)组织中的表达及相关性.[方法]选取因子宫病变行子宫全切的标本66例,其中EC 42例、子宫内膜非典型增生6例、正常子宫内膜18例.测定其内膜组织中K-ras及hMSH2的表达.[结果]①在正常子宫内膜、子宫内膜不典型增生及EC中K-ras均呈高表达,且差异有显著性(P<0.05) hMSH2的表达率分别为44.44%、33.33%、73.81%,差异有显著性(P<0.05).②K-ras及hMSH2在EC中的表达与临床分期、组织学分级、肌层浸润深度及有无淋巴转移无关(P>0.05).③在EC中K-ras与hMSH2表达呈正相关(rs=0.351,P<0.05).[结论]K-ras表达发生在EC的早期,与预后无关 hMSH2的表达与肿瘤细胞的增殖有关. [Objective] To study the expressions and relationship between K ras and hMSH2 in endometri al carcinoma(EC) in young women under 45 years old. [Methods] Totally 66 uterine specimens which were excised for uterine diseases, including 42 cases of EC, 6 cases of atypical endometrial hyperplasia and 18 cases of normal endometrium, were selected. The expressions of K-ras and hMSH2 in the tissues of endometrium were detected. [Results] The expressions of K-ras were higher in normal endometrium, atypical endometrial hyperplasia and endometrial carcinoma, and there were significant differences among them( P〈0.05). The expression rates of hMSH2 were 44. 44% 33.33% and 73.81%,respectively, and there were also significant differences( P〈0. 005). But the expressions of K-ras and hMSH2 had no relationship with clinical stages, histological grades, myometrial invasion depth and lymphatic metastasis whether or not( P〉0.05). In endometrial carcinoma group, there was positive correlation between K ras and hMSH2 (rs=0. 351, P〈0.05). [Conclusion] The expression of K-ras occurs in the early stage of endometrial carcinoma and has no relation with prognosis. The expression of hMSH2 is related with the proliferation of tumor cells.
