肺炎的影像诊断

摘要 肺炎的病原体为细菌、病毒、支原体、衣原体和霉菌等。影像检查的目的是发现病变、鉴别诊断、判断严重程度,推测可能的病原和观察治疗效果。临床和X线表现典型的病例X线胸片即可诊断,CT用于难以吸收肺炎的鉴别诊断。薄层和高分辨CT对于弥漫性病变和肺问质改变显示清楚。肺炎的影像诊断需要结合免疫状况、临床表现、实验室和病原学检查。
