摘要
本文研究了新型胶粘──SBS胶粘剂的组成及制备方法;讨论了各因素对SBS胶粘剂粘接性能的影响;研究了增粘树脂与SBS的相容性问题,并试验了各种增粘树脂加入份量对胶液性能的影响及其混合使用的效果。实验表明:单一增粘树脂不能满足要求,混合增粘树脂才能达到良好的接性能,并获得了较佳配方。
This paper has introduced the composition and manufacturing method of the new adhesive-SBS-based adhesive, discussed the eff- ects of various factors on the adhesive, determined the compatibility of increasing-adhesion resins. with SBS and analysed the effects of using mixed adhesion-increasing resins. It is shown that single adhesion-increasing resin can not meet the demand. In order to reach the excellent properties, it is neccessary to use mixed resins. Also, a better composition has been found.
