摘要
本文用Izod冲击实验方法研究了三种不同组分和配方的多基发射药的冲击断裂性能.由能量平衡原理求出了这三种发射药的冲击强度α_k;用应力强度因子理论计算了它们的冲击断裂韧性K_d.并分析了α_k和K_d随温度的变化规律.此外,文中还进一步讨论了发射药裂纹失稳扩展即断裂破坏的判据问题.
In the present paper, the impact fracture behaviour of threekinds of multi-base gun propellants with different components and proportions has been studied. The impact intensities α_k of the gun propellants have been calculated by the principle of energy con- servation, and the impact fracture toughnesses K_d by the theory of stress intensity factor. The relationship between α_k,K_d and tem- perature has been analyzed. Besides, this article has else further discussed the criterion of crack extension, or fracture destroy about gun propellant.
