介绍了双螺杆泵在运输高黏度稠油时的优势,通过计算分析了不同黏度的稠油对离心泵、双螺杆泵效率的影响,并着重从理论上分析了黏度对双螺杆泵流量、轴功率、效率的影响关系。
The advantages of double-screw pump when it conveys high-viscosity heavy oil was analyzed. The effect of different viscosity of heavy oil to centrifugal pump and double-screw pump efficiency was calculated, focusing on theoretical analysis of effect for the viscosity to double-screw pump flow, shaft power, and efficiency.
