摘要
本文在阐明金属切削噪声产生机理的基础上,从不同的角度对金属切削噪声的特性进行了研究,从而为应用切削噪声信号对切削加工过程进行监测、诊断以及对过强的切削噪声的治理提供了理论依据.
Based on the mechanism producing noise during metal cutting, characteristics of noise during metal cutting from distinct standpoint are studied so as to provide theoretic basis for using signal of cutting noise in the monitor, diagnosis and control of noise during metal cutting.
