有机锡缩聚物荧光染料的合成及结构表征

摘要 有机锡缩聚物荧光染料是近几年开始研究的、具有广泛应用前景的高分子材料。本文用界面缩聚法,将二烷基二氯化锡与几种染料单体反应合成了一系列有机锡缩聚物荧光染料。探讨了聚合条件,例如两相单体浓度比,搅拌反应时间、pH值等对聚合反应产率的影响。测定了聚合物的溶解性质,并用红外光谱法对聚合物进行了结构表征和测定了染料的热稳定性。 Organostannane polydyes have been researched for recent years. They take advan-tages of the permanent, nonleaching nature compared with monomeric dyes. Thepolydyes are fluorescent and can be impregnated into paper, cloth, paint and 'dope'into plastics giving the fluorescent materials. We have synthesized the tin--containing polydyes by condensingR_2SnCl_2 (R=C_4H_9, C_6H_5) with the fluorescent dye monomers, i.e. Fluorescein, EosinY, Phloxine B, Erythrosine B and Rose Bengal, and discussed the effect of themonomeric concentration ratio in two phases, the stirring time and the amount of ad-ded base on the polymerization yields. The polydyes can be only soluble in fewsolvents, for example DMSO and DMF. In this paper, we have also studied the struc-ture and the coordinatire forms of those organostannane polydyes by FTIR.Thermogravimetic analysis indicate that the thermal stability of the polydyes greatlyincrease as compared with the dye monomers.
