摘要 报告1例红皮病型蕈样肉芽肿。患者男,67岁。周身皮肤红斑、丘疹、脱屑伴瘙痒3个月余。根据组织病理、免疫组化检查及外周血骨髓涂片等结果,诊断为红皮病型蕈样肉芽肿。 A case of erythrodermic mycosis fungoides is reported. A 67-year-old male presented with erythema, popular and desquamarion almost on all of the skin for more than 3 months, with pruritus which aggravated more and more. According to the results of histopathol- ogy, immunohistoehemistry and bone marrow slides of peripheral blood all confirmed the diagnosis of erythrodermic mycosis fungoides.
