摘要
目的 :探讨以较经济的实验动物豚鼠肠替代成本较高的家兔小肠 ,作生理特性实验的比较研究。方法 :取自于豚鼠的十二指肠标本 ,依常规实验课项目作平滑肌生理特性实验。结果 :豚鼠十二指肠能得到与兔十二指肠相同的效果。结论 :在一些实验课中 ,用小动物替代价格高的较大动物 ,既能降低实验成本又能保证教学质量。
Aim: Nowadays, serious insufficient of teaching funds and higher cost of student experiments have become prominent contradiction which influenced the rate of setting up student experiment. Methods: To attemper the contradiction, the experiment of physiological characteristic on intestinal smooth muscle were comparatively studied from two animals,in which guinea pig was attempted to substitute for rabbit because rabbit is much more expensive than guinea pig.Results:The results showed that according to general item in student experiment, same experimental effects as rabbit could were obtained in the duodenal preparation from guinea pig. Oonclusions:These research results indicated that if small animal substituted for bigger and uneconomical animal in some student experiments, teaching quantity could be guaranteed and experimental cost also reduced. Therefore, this study has general significance to improve present situation of high cost of student experiment.
