摘要
以民营小企业财务制约因素为切入点,对制约小企业发展的资本规模、流动资金、生产成本、无形资产四种财务因素进行了分析;提出了有效改变财务状况的措施。
This research takes financial restriction factors of Small Private Business as a breakthrough point,and analyzes four kinds of financial factors which restrict the development of small enterprises on the scale of capital,liquidity,cost,intangible assets;then propose effective measures to change the financial situation.
