摘要
从种子管理工作的角度,结合龙江县农作物种子经营市场的现状,对农作物种子经营市场管理工作中存在的从业人员素质低、经济赔偿能力弱、品种引进急于求成、种子销售过程中存在欺诈行为、种子质量纠纷案件调解难度大和监管力度不够等问题及原因进行了客观分析,并有针对性地提出解决这些问题的具体对策和建议,如加大宣传力度、加强新品种引进的试验示范工作、规范管理种子市场、加大综合执法力度,为种子市场健康发展保驾护航。
From the angle of seed management work,the problems and reasons were analyzed objectively combining the situation of crop seed business market in Longjiang county.The problems were：Low quality and thin ability of compensation of the personnel,introducing new varieties was anxious for success,existing fraudulent conduct,difficulty in mediating dispute of seed quality,and fail to apply full supervisor strength.Then put forward some countermeasures to solve them to ensure the healthy development of the seed market,they were strengthen propaganda,reinforce the experiment and demonstration work of new varieties introducing,manage the seed market more regular and enforce the law strength.
