摘要
很多文章均指出雷达网系统具有航迹快速起始的性能，但是尚没有资料从理论上对此加以证明。通过对雷达网系统平均扫描周期的研究，从理论上证明了雷达网系统具有航迹快速起始的性能，这对于研究雷达网系统的反电子对抗性能和评估准则具有特别重要的意义。
Although the capability of earlier track initiation within netted radar systems is often referred to in many articles, no one has proved it theoretically. Now, it is proved here by studying the mean scan period of netted radar systems. This is especially important for studying the ECCM capability and evaluation rule of netted radar systems.
