经自然腔道手术在泌尿外科的应用

摘要 为了使病人遭受更小的创伤、缩短住院时间、术后能够更快的恢复及更加微创和美观的效果，在内窥镜和腹腔镜技术的基础上，又出现了一项新的微创技术一经自然腔道手术。经自然腔道手术（Nation orifice transluminal endoscopic surgery，NOTES）是一种新颖的、在内窥镜与腹腔镜技术的基础上，通过自然腔道（如口腔、胃、阴道、膀胱、尿道、直肠等）对胸腹盆腔的疾病进行诊疗的微创手术方法，与传统手术有着明显区别，避免了传统手术的腹部切口及其切口在愈合过程中引起的相关并发症。NOTES自问世以来。得到了迅速发展，现将NOTES在泌尿外科的应用作一综述。
