摘要
从腹诊的部位、方法、意义与应用4个方面阐述东汉末年张仲景《伤寒论》所总结的前人应用腹诊的方法。该方法把腹诊与临床诊断、辨证论治及方药密切联系起来,开创了腹诊与方药治疗相结合的先河,为后世腹诊的发展、完善奠定了基础。
This article clarified previous method of abdominal diagnosis summarized by ZHANG Zhong-jing on ShangHanLun in DongHan Dynasty from four areas-the site,methods,significance and application of abdominal diagnosis,at the same time ShangHanLun combined the abdominal diagnosis with clinical diagnosis and the treatment of prescription treatment closed,creating a precedent of abdominal diagnosis and prescription treatment,to provide foundation for the later development and improvement of abdominal diagnosis.
