摘要
科技成果转化是联系渔业科技与渔业生产的纽带和桥梁,是实现"科技兴渔"的重要过程,科技成果转化率是反映科技成果转化效率的重要指标。拟从对中国水产科学研究院科技成果转化率的理论研究和实证分析入手,深入分析和评价"十五"期间水科院的科技成果转化率,为进一步研究渔业科技成果转化的评价体系与理论方法提供一些借鉴和参考。
The transformation of scientific-technological achievements is the contact and bridge between fishery science-technology and production,which is the important course to develop the fishery with the science and technology.The transformation indicator of achievements of science-technology is the important indicator of science-technology transformation efficiency.The paper made the theoretical research and empirical analysis of the transformation indicator to CAFS scientific-technological achievements,and gave the detailed analysis and evaluation of the 10th five-year period of the transformation indicator to CAFS scientific-technological achievements,with the aim to provide the reference for the further research of the assessment system theory and methods of fishery science-technology achievements transformation.
