摘要
应用UG软件建立双齿轮并联传动系统的三维模型,利用ADAMS动力学软件仿真双齿轮并联传动的动态过程;分析和研究啮合刚度、啮合阻尼和齿侧间隙等参数对双齿轮并联传动负载均衡性的影响。研究表明,两齿轮副啮合阻尼不同和存在齿侧间隙时对齿轮副负载均衡性的影响较大,而两齿轮副刚度不同时对传动系统负载均衡性影响相对较小。
The 3 D model of double-gear transmission systems was established on UG software. The dynamic process ot the doublepinion parallel driving systems was simulated by using dynamics software ADAMS. Then the influence of meshing stiffness, damping and backlash on load sharing was also analyzed. The impact of the meshing stiffness, the damping and the tooth side clearance on load sharing was discussed through simulation. It was found that the damping and the tooth side clearance have great impact on the load balance, but the impact of meshing stiffness is relatively small on the transmission load sharing.
