摘要
目的探讨系统分阶段糖尿病教育模式在糖尿病治疗中的效果。方法糖尿病患者按随机数字表法分为系统教育组、随机教育组、未教育组各50例。2003—2006年间,系统教育组全程参加系统分阶段模式的糖尿病教育,分基础、深入和继续教育三个阶段,知行合一。随机教育组不作要求,凭患者兴趣进行间断教育。未教育组不参加教育。2006年比较三组患者糖尿病控制达标状况及糖尿病知识掌握情况。结果教育后,系统教育组患者空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2h血糖(2hPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1C)达标率分别由24%,32%,16%升至48%,56%,90%,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。且FBG、2hPG、HbA1C达标率高于未教育组(P<0.01)。系统教育组糖尿病知识测试成绩为(78.41±14.82)分,合格率达78%,高于教育前及其他组(P<0.01)。结论系统分阶段糖尿病教育模式可以改善糖尿病控制达标率。
Objective To study the effect of "the systematic and phased diabetes education model" on diabetes treatment. Methods With the table of random number, diabetic patients were divided into systematic education group, random education group and no education group (50 cases in each group). Between 2003 and 2006, the patients of systematic education group were required to participate in the entire diabetes education of systematic and phased model, it included three stages: foundation, further and continuing education, taught patients to apply theory to practice; Random education group participated in education freely to get intermittent education; no education group didn' t participate in education. In 2006, the status of diabetic control and the level of diabetes knowledge were compared. Results After education, the attainment rate of the FBG of systematic education group rose from 24% to 48%; 2hPG rose from 32% to 56%; HbAlc rose fi'om 16% to 90%, all of them were significantly different (P〈0.01); Moreover the attainment rate of FBG, 2 h PG, HbA1c were higher in systematic education group than in no education group. The score of diabetes knowledge test in systematic education group was 78.41 ± 14.82, the pass percent (78%) was higher than that in other two groups. Conclusion "systematic and phased diabetes education model" can improve the status of diabetes control.
