摘要
目的了解目前总务护士领退药品流程现状,提出流程改进建议。方法选取四川某三级医院临床科室总务护士74名,通过临床观察、问卷调查收集相关信息。结果各科室取退不同药品所花费时间的统计差异较大;各科室总务护士每日平均取退药时间总耗过大;认为每日取退药花费时间占全日工作时间70%的总务护士居多。结论建议集中规划领药时间;完善运药装置,取药时分类清点;实现领退药品智能化;开设临时和特殊用药领取专用窗口。
Objective To study the current situation of the process of taking and withdrawal drugs by general nurse,and suggest improvement recommendations. Method 74 general nurses was selected and surveyed by questionnaire and clinical observation to collect relevant information.Result The time spent in different drugs taking and withdrawal at various sections was statistically difference.The daily average consumption time for drug withdrawal by general nurse at different department was too mush.General nurse＇ daily consumption time for drug withdrawal was accounted for 70% of the whole day working hours.Conclusion It＇s suggested that the following measurement should be taken for better drug taking and withdrawal,such as proposed time of central planned drug taking,improve drug transport device,timed classified medicines inventory,applying intelligent drug withdrawal and creation of temporary and special drug withdrawal window.
