摘要
采用电化学循环伏安法,以不锈钢片为基底,在添加适量二氧化钛纳米粒子的苯胺和硫酸溶液中实现了PAn-TiO2复合膜的电聚合。通过循环伏安法(CV)、X射线衍射图谱(XRD)、差热分析曲线(DSC)对复合膜的电化学特性和组成进行了研究与表征。结果表明,TiO2与聚苯胺之间实现了结构上的复合,TiO2的引入提高了聚苯胺膜的电学和电化学性能。论文中"夹心池"方式测电阻的方法可用于定性比较导电性能的高低,PAn-TiO2复合膜中TiO2与聚苯胺之间结构上复合的结论可作为复合膜结构深入研究的基础。
PAn-TiO2 composite film is electrosynthesized on stainless steel in sulfuric acid media containing aniline and nano-TiO2 particles by cyclic voltammetry.The electrochemical properties and ingredient of composite film were characterized by means of cyclic voltammetry(CV),X-ray diffraction(XRD) and differential scanning caloricity(DSC).The results show that the composite between TiO2 and polyaniline in structure is achieved and the incorporation of TiO2 enhances electric and electrochemical performance of polyaniline film.In article,the method of measuring resistance by "layer cell" can be used to compare conductivity qualitatively and the further studies on the structure of composite film may be based on the conclusion of the composite between TiO2 and polyaniline in structure.
