摘要
目的研究献血员与非献血员HCV基因型的分布及差异。方法应用巢式PCR和基因分型试剂盒对98名献血员和162名非献血员的血清进行HCV基因分型。结果检测出5个基因型和13个基因亚型,基因1b型占75.00%,2a型占9.23%,3a型占6.15%,混合型5.38%;1b基因型在献血员和非献血员的比较,差异无统计学意义;2a型在男性献血员与非献血员之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),即职业献血员2a型多于非献血员;3a型在献血员和非献血员之间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),尤其女性之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),即非献血员3a型多于职业献血员。结论江苏地区献血员和非献血员丙肝基因型都以1b型为主;献血员中男性2a基因型比例高于非献血员;3a基因型非献血员中比例高于献血员,尤其是女性更为明显。
OBJECTIVE To study the distribution and differences of Hepatitis C Virus (HCV) genotypes between blood donors and non blood donors. METHODS The HCV genetypes of 93 blood donors and 162 non-blood donors were measured by Nested PCR and Gene Chip. RESULTS Totally 5 genotypes and 13 subtypes were found. The percentage of HCV genotypes lb,2a,3a and mixed type were 75.00%, 9.23%, 6.15% and 5. 38% ,respectively. There was no significant difference about the percentage of lb genetype between blood donors and non-blood donors (P〉0.05). The percentage of HCV 2a genotype of male blood donors was higher than non-blood donors (P〈0.05). There were significant differences about the percentage of HCV 3a genotypes between blood donors and non-blood donors (P〈0.01). The percentage of HCV 3a genetypes of female non blood donors was higher than the blood donors(P〈0.05). CONCLUSION The HCV lb genotype is the main genotype in blood donors and non-blood donors in Jiangsu Province. The percentage of HCV 2a genetypes of male blood donors is higher than of non-blood donors. The percentage of HCV 3a genotype of non-blood donors is higher than that of blood donors, est3eciallv the female.
