摘要
近年来,我国反腐败斗争力度不断加大,虽然成效显著,但腐败现象仍然严重,腐败形势仍然严峻,传统的制度反腐没能有效遏制腐败势头。互联网技术的发展和普及打破了传统的反腐格局,网络反腐成为一种新的反腐手段。它有效弥补了传统制度反腐的不足,使监督打破了传统的格局,打破了时空界限,如果合理规范、积极引导,必将对反腐败斗争做出积极贡献。
In recent years, China＇s struggle against corruption is increasing continuously. Although the achievement is effec- tive but corruption is still serious, the corruption situation is still severe and the traditional system anti-corruption can＇t effectively stop the corruption trend. The development and popularization of Internet technology has broken the traditional pattern of anti-corruption, and network anti-corruption becomes one kind of new anti-corruption means. Network anti-corruption effectively remedies the defici- encies of the traditional system of anti-corruption, make supervision break traditional pattern, breaks the time-spatial bounds. If it is reasonable standard and actively guided, it will make positive contributions to fight against corruption.
