摘要 目的:了解九年一贯制学校教师的适应性现状。方法:采用自编的开放式问卷和个案访谈的形式对成都市石室双楠实验学校的不同性别、教龄和学历等的教师的适应性的现状进行研究。结果:1.九年一贯制学校教师的适应性总体普遍不高,特别是在教学内容和教学管理方面,超过50%的教师感觉完全不适应;2.男教师比女教师的适应性好;3.教龄越长的教师的适应性越差;4.中学和小学教师适应性差别不大;5.教师所教授的科目不同,教师的适应性也有一些差异;6.学历越高,教师的适应性越好;7.新进教师和原有教师的适应性差别不大。结论:九年一贯制学校的教师的适应性普遍不高,需要进行一定的调整。 Objective:to understand the adaptability of school teachers of nine-year compulsory education system.Methods:to reveal teachers' adaptability through questionnaire survey and case interview in Chengdu Shishi Shuangnan Experimental School concerning age,gender,teaching age and educational background.Results:1.The adaptability of the teachers in the nine-year school system is generally not high,especially when it comes to the teaching contents and teaching management,more than 50% of teachers suffer maladjustment;2.Male teachers are better than female teachers in adaptability;3.Teachers with longer teaching age have the slower adaptability;4.The differences between teachers in primary schools and middle schools are of little significance;5.Teachers of different subjects also show differences in their adaptability;6.Teachers with higher educational background exhibit better adaptability than those with lower educational background;7.New teachers don't have significant difference in adaptability compared with old teachers.Conclusion:The adaptability of teachers in the nineyear school system is generally not high,and it is in bad need of adjustment.
