摘要
采用悬浮溶胀法将丙烯酰胺(AM)、马来酸酐(MAH)与氯化聚乙烯(CPE)进行接枝反应,制备得到了两亲性共聚物(CPE-g-AM-MAH),用红外光谱对接枝物结构进行了表征,利用正交试验法讨论了氯化聚乙烯、马来酸酐、AM/MAH比率、引发剂对接枝率和接枝效率的影响。结果表明:各影响因素对接枝率的影响顺序为AM>CPE>BPO>MAH,对接枝效率的影响顺序为AM>MAH>CPE>BPO。接枝率的最优反应条件为:BPO 2%(wt%),CPE1g,AM3g,MAH0.4g;接枝效率的最优反应条件为:BPO1%(wt%),CPE3g,AM2g,MAH0.4g.
The amphiphilic graft copolymer CPE-g-AM-MAH was prepared by grafting copolymerization of acrylamide(AM) and maleic anhydride(MAH) onto chlorinated polyethylene(CPE) through swelling suspension polymerization.The graft copolymer was characterized by infrared spectroscopy(IR).And the effects of polymerization conditions,including the CPE,maleic anhydride,initiator amount,the mass ratio AM/MAH on graft degree and graft efficiency have been investigated using orthogonal experiment method.It can be concluded that the order of their effects on graft degree is AMCPEBPOMAH and on graft efficiency is AMMAHCPEBPO.The optimal reaction conditions for graft degree is BPO 2%(wt%),CPE 1g,AM 3g,MAH 0.4g;and for graft efficiency is BPO 1%(wt%),CPE 3g,AM 2g,MAH 0.4g.
