黏蛋白MUC1与肿瘤 被引量：1

摘要 MUC1是一种膜结合型黏蛋白,在许多组织的上皮细胞表面都有丰富表达,对正常的上皮起润滑和保护作用;同时,MUC1可和多种分子相互作用,从而影响细胞的生理生化功能。然而,MUC1的异常表达也是多种癌症和炎性疾病的一个显著特性,由于MUC1在大多数肿瘤中超表达以及异常糖基化,所以,MUC1也被认为是一种肿瘤相关分子。
